General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to all contracts concluded between Runferry — Yevhen Yushchenko, Wasserschapfstraße 37, 89537 Giengen an der Brenz, Deutschland (hereinafter “we” or “Seller”) and customers via our online shop. A consumer within the meaning of these Terms is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB). Deviating terms of the customer are not recognised unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to the customer to place an order. By clicking the button “Zahlungspflichtig bestellen” (order with obligation to pay) in the final step of the checkout, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Before submitting the order, the customer can review and correct all entries using the usual keyboard and mouse functions. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail. We store the contract text; the order data, these Terms and the withdrawal policy are sent to the customer by e-mail together with the order confirmation.

All prices stated in our online shop are final prices in the displayed currency and include the statutory value-added tax (incl. VAT). Shipping costs are charged in addition to the stated prices unless the goods are expressly marked as free of shipping costs. The amount of the shipping costs is clearly displayed to the customer during checkout before the order is placed.

Payment is made, at the choice of the customer, by credit or debit card, PayPal, Klarna (processed via our payment service provider Stripe) or by bank transfer (prepayment). In the case of prepayment, we communicate our bank details to the customer in the order confirmation; the goods are dispatched after receipt of payment. If a payment method processed via Stripe or PayPal is selected, the charge is made upon completion of the checkout.

Delivery is made by DHL or other suitable carriers to the delivery address provided by the customer. The applicable shipping costs and the estimated delivery time are shown to the customer during checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place after conclusion of the contract and, in the case of prepayment, after receipt of payment. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform the customer without delay; any payments already made will be refunded immediately in this case.

The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The statutory warranty rights apply. For consumers, the limitation period for warranty claims for new goods is two years from delivery of the goods. Complaints and warranty claims may be addressed to the contact details stated in § 10.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. Details, the full withdrawal policy and the model withdrawal form can be found on our withdrawal page.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).
