Disposal & Battery Information

Our products (e.g. bait boats, autopilots and echo sounders) are electrical equipment and are marked with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol. This symbol means: waste electrical equipment must not be disposed of with household waste but must be collected separately from unsorted municipal waste. You can hand in old devices free of charge at municipal collection points (recycling centres) or return them to us — we take back old devices of the equipment types we sell free of charge. Before returning a device, please delete all personal data on it on your own responsibility and remove any waste batteries and accumulators that are not permanently enclosed in the device.

WEEE Reg. No.: registration in progress — registration with the German register for waste electrical equipment (stiftung elektro-altgeräte register, stiftung ear) is currently being carried out. The registration number will be published here once the procedure is completed.

Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. As an end user, you are legally obliged to return waste batteries and accumulators. After use, you can return them to us free of charge (Runferry — Yevhen Yushchenko, Wasserschapfstraße 37, 89537 Giengen an der Brenz, Deutschland) or hand them in at municipal collection points or in retail stores. Batteries containing harmful substances are marked with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol and the chemical symbol of the respective pollutant: Pb (lead), Cd (cadmium), Hg (mercury).

As a distance seller, we are subject to the obligations of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) regarding the take-back and recycling of sales and shipping packaging. Please dispose of packaging materials via separate collection (waste paper or the yellow bin/yellow bag) or hand them in at municipal collection points. Separate collection enables the packaging to be recycled and conserves resources.
